I have been banned from the great PUBG Mobile game that I love. It has been banned for 10 years. I don't know how and why this happened... I have contacted all the support but they don't answer. They just say that you were banned because you cheated!!!
Any cheating after years of playing fair, is it reasonable after 7 years that I cheat or modify the data..?

Accounts are suspended for violating PUBG MOBILE's terms of service. Please use the File Claim option when trying to log into your account if you want to appeal for your account suspension.

If you are not satisfied with the results after receiving a response, you may submit a support request through the official support subreddit with a description of the issue and your numeric user identification and wait patiently for a response.
5158206829 is permanently suspended for cheating with a cracked game client.
This has been manually verified. Our decision in this matter is final.
Additionally, selling accounts, which is an activity you participate in, violates section 5 (d) of our terms of service.
If you continue to appeal here, you will be permanently suspended from our community as well.
