Why didn't I get my items used by a random person logging into my account because of a bug back?
Why didn't I get my items used by a random person logging into my account because of a logging bug back after the claim was approved? I only got my email unbinded from my account?
UC, X-Suit Materials, Weapon Materials, BP, Golden Coins, Mythic Emblem, Premium Tickets (every item on my account literally).

I already did, the only thing they did was to remove my email from my account.
It looks like a result of your account recovery request, @Pain. Can you try to contact them again and explain the new issue? You can contact the customer service through your Account settings using the Customer Service option located at the bottom.
Then on what do I click?
Contact Customer Service option at the bottom-left, then select the options that are appropriate to your issue.
