"Brown checks shirt" should get you close. If you want exact, I have heard of gaming fans getting custom prints on fabrics to get clothing made.
I don't think you need that exact flannel for the vibe. Any checked oversized flannel in colours that are not too vibrant will do.
Imo the outfits vibes are mainly carried by the accessories and the hairstyle.
It's likely vintage, but if you go to a local thrift store you'll likely find something like it

idk, but yea. best to learn now like others have said that getting the exact thing from an inspo image will usually give you ther result you want. capturing the umm aura like others have said w/ styling (hair, accessories, makeup) is prob the most important thing
