How does the pants look?
I bought these Uniqlo pants for 30 length, folded it up twice. wondering if it looks ok? I am 5'6

How do they feel on the waist
they feel pretty good on the waist. hem from 30 to 28?
Yeah I’d probably take at least a couple inches off but it depends on where you want them to land
I personally like to cuff my jeans once but the double cuff here looks too much
It’s really just personal preference
not sure how its supposed to look tbh. should it sit above more the boot?

I like to have my jeans just sitting on top of my shoes with a single cuff, but again that’s just my personal preference
Hem after washing
Yeah
For jeans and brown boots I think a half break is pretty appropriate
But yeah it’s personal preference
haven't washed them, I guess i should wash them all first. what is the reason we wash first?

I would reiterate what everyone else is saying about washing first, but with pants you are getting hemmed - actually take them to a tailor, try them on with shoes, and they will pin it/mark it wherever you like it and will hem it to there. So not necessarily hemmed to 28" exactly, but to wherever the break looks best

I see nothing wrong with your cuffs.. it's just personal preference.
