The record content has to contain a valid policy tag: p=none;, p=reject;, p=quarantine;.
sorry i forgot to include that
the record you screenshotted only has quote on one side, may not be what you want if intentional
on proton
yeah i saw that
when you go in to edit the record the quotes are removed
