Ticket: Support Ticket: Issues Adding Social Media to Postiz Account
@Justin [Dream Harvest] Just created a ticket
Question: Hi, we're having a few issues with getting Youtube, Threads and TikTok added to our account.
Attempted: With YouTube, we've set up an internal app via Google, and it seems to work when linking my personal account. However, when trying to link our company's YouTube account, we get the error: Access blocked: DHPostiz can only be used within its organisation. Do we need to add a unique Postiz user to our Google Workspace so it can access the internal app? For Threads, there doesnt seem to be any documentation for linking this - it seems to work differently to Facebook/Facebook Pages and Instagram (Which we've setup without issues). Any advice on how to get this up and running would be much appreciated. TikTok Our app was not approved as we nee to provide a Terms of Service, Privacy Policy and Website URL that has these on the front page. In this case, should we just provide our own website? As we're going to be using Postiz exclusively internally for our own pages, do we really need to create a terms of service? Any advice here would be much appreciated. Thanks in advance.
Working On: Trying to get our last 3 social accounts added to our deployed version of Postiz.

@Justin [Dream Harvest] for youtube, make sure you first login to it in youtube and verify it.
I will improve the thread ones π
For all your apps you would need to provide your terms and services and privacy policy, but you can copy many of stuff from there
Thanks. With regards to Youtube, where abouts would be verify it? I'm logged into our Youtube account now, but not seeing anywhere to verify app access. Thanks again.
Its a Brand account, so maybe this is why we're running into issues?
It shoule be ok

@Justin [Dream Harvest] do you still need help here?
Thanks @xcons , we gave up in the end and moved to Buffer. Had other issues with accounts disconnecting every day, giving us the feeling things aren't quite ready to be used at scale.
Heya Justin, sorry to hear that. Please come back again in a few months and give us another go as things mature a bit π
