Initial Preparation mesh

Should this be tighter? .7mm range seems a bit much to me.

Do a z tilt, then re home then re scan

Doing z tilt now and it keeps failing. When it does z tilt it makes skew worse not better.

Have you run beacon_ratos_calibrate?

That’s what I ran and z tilt fails.

Any idea why initial Z tilt is failing? It moves left and rear further down but not right. Then fails to prove on rear due to full movement.
Sounds like you have stepper wrong. Use stepper_buzz stepper=(srepper name) It'll be stepper_z, stepper_z1, stepper_z2 from left to right When they start to move watch the direction. All three should act the same. If one is different, that's why z tilt fails

Thank you. Z1 and Z2 are flip flopped. Must have swapped wires at some point.

It happens. Makes for an easy fix. Try to get the bed close to level by hand before running again. Just to speed things up

Now beacon_ratos_calibrate is working. Did touches and z tilt and now doing with extruder at temp. Will publish new mesh but I think this will fix it.

Also the beacon_ratos_calibrate needs bed heater installed. It stalled out when it came to that part.

Your good. The plate isn't defective, and you can finish up now.
