My PUBG account is vanished

My PUBG Mobile account is vanished from the game. When I search UID on a different account, the account doesn’t show up. Viewing the account in career results from a friend’a account which we we played together shows like the screenshot below. My account was linked to my twitter account and an email. Both of these are fine and not hacked. When I login with my twitter, the game opens a new account. With email link, I don’t receive the verification code when I request one. I have spent a lot money on that account and had a lot of skins. What could have happened? Any help would be appreciated. I might be able to find the UC purchase receipts somewhere in my gmail account if it helps recover my account. Account ID: 5301946270
