My PUBG account is vanished
My PUBG Mobile account is vanished from the game. When I search UID on a different account, the account doesn’t show up. Viewing the account in career results from a friend’a account which we we played together shows like the screenshot below.
My account was linked to my twitter account and an email. Both of these are fine and not hacked. When I login with my twitter, the game opens a new account. With email link, I don’t receive the verification code when I request one. I have spent a lot money on that account and had a lot of skins.
What could have happened? Any help would be appreciated. I might be able to find the UC purchase receipts somewhere in my gmail account if it helps recover my account.

Please contact the customer service for further assistance with lost or stolen accounts.
You may submit an account recovery request through in-game at the login page of the game by selecting Help > Login Issue > Account Recovery > Submit Claim.
Please note that your ticket will be declined if you are unable to accurately provide all the information that the in-game customer service have requested from you, or that it does not match with what they have. You will have to cross-check again, or else they will not be able to assist you any further....
