Contact the ingame support but you should be able to recover your account once ur tab is cleared
They will tell you how much you owe and how to refund

@Pookie🪽 hi u mean if i add uc to my account i can unban my account?
And how should i know how much uc was it?
So if I punish for some reasen i should at least how much uc i owe them that i can get my account back i have spend somuch time and money in my account they can just bann me without saying what was happend
