Banned account
Hi i need help for my account. I don't why I got suddenly banned. I was -3000pts in 1 game last night. And i thought it was a bug or something. Then I played again today realizing the bug was not lift off. I WAS REALLY CONFUSE HOW I GOT BANNED. I've been playing this since season 2. I dunno why this happen. They denied my claim for this one. Need help

Accounts are suspended for violating PUBG MOBILE's terms of service, whether it was done by the owner or someone else that has compromised your account. Your only option is to use the File Claim option if you wish to appeal for your account suspension.
If you have any objections to claim results, please contact the customer service through in-game or by sending an e-mail to [email protected].
If your issue is not resolved after receiving a response, you may create a post with a description, your numeric user identification and a screenshot of the customer service conversation on the official support subreddit.
They denied my claim. I was in the middle of the game doing a normal ranked game and got banned. I did not use any modification or anything. I'm really really confuse right now.
