I get more triple/quad kills in a single round than him
from the acs, i doubt it :p

First bloods get more points than kills that aren't the first. + they may have done more overall damage (maybe they got a bunch of people hit for only 30 and 40, which wouldn't count as assists bc the damage is too low, but would count towards their other stats). Additionally they likely got a few combo kills as well.
