Comets
When they say look up in the night sky at a certain time period to see a comet how do you explain that happens? Is there a man or team of people somewhere controlling this light up in the sky?

When they predict a likely appearance of a celestial object at a certain period in time, it is very much likely that it is a periodic event that has been recorded in the past. May it be a comet, asteroid, star, etc. It is basically post-diction, not prediction.
No human can control any lights in the sky, other than light emitted from man-made objects.
That's quite an imagination you have there Carrot.
