Missing shaders tab
Im trying to get shaders on forge 1.20.1. When i use sodium + iris there is the changed gui, but there isnt any ,,shader tab,, where i can turn on the shaders. I tried using rubidium and oculus + iris but it gives me this error or error 1 and keeps crashing. Same happens with optifine (error code 1). Got any idea how i can use shaders on forge in 1.20.1?

Iris and Sodium aren't compatible with forge

even tho i have the newest drivers
and forge version should be ok
optifine worked normally on all versions till 1.20.1
if i use optifine version, it works
but when i put optifine on forge, it breaks the game
make sure you're using the right forge version, latest version of forge might not work
then again if you're using a Mac all bets are off

I wouldn't use the official launcher for modding
it's a nightmare
just download Prism and use that, saved my life

Yeah well I don't recommend oculus or embeddium but those are the other alternative 🤣

There's one mod that is incompatible with rendering pipeline mods in there I guess
if you switch to fabric you might have better luck
