Ctrl+Alt+F11 mistake...
Hey there. Relatively new to Linux still, I made a mistake by binding a script I wrote to switch my audio to Ctrl+Alt+F11. Didn't realize that would change things for me. Googled some things to try, oddly enough my secondary monitor works after doing Ctrl+Alt+F1, but the primary display is still black. Would appreciate any help I could get.
Edit: On KDE Desktop (no gaming mode)

ctl+alt+F1-12
are bound by the kernal there are for switching to a tty.
you can allways go back to the tty kde plasma is running at it is usally tty1 which corosponds to ctrl+alt+F1
if one of your screen is still black maybe it didn't like the mode change and got stuck on an invalid input or something.
restarting the display or the computer should fix itYeah, I've tried restarting multiple times after getting my secondary monitor to display again using ctrl+alt+f1
I'll try pulling power from my main display and see
yeah, no go there. I can also see the display in display configuration but nothing displays on it. It's just a black screen with the back light on
I also can't launch sunshine, which Idk if that's related at all. It says I'm not authorized to do that after this happened and was using it just before all this happened lol
Tried rolling back, rebasing, still no luck getting it to work. I don't get a bios flash screen or anything, it still just stays black after ctrl+alt+f11
Huh that's really strange . That shouldn't happen from pressing
ctrl+alt+f11
... :think:yeah, i have no idea how to fix it. it's just the main display that's blacked out
and the monitor definitely works. I just docked my steam deck on it real fast to test it... realy have no idea what's going on lol
