Support to recover access to my account

I stopped playing Pubg Mobile a while ago at the same time I changed my phone number, I have photos inside my account and also one that a friend of mine had, In the account, the only verification I placed was the phone number, but I no longer have access to that number. It is linked to Facebook but it does not let me access it because of the verification, I tried to fill out the form but they just rejected my request knowing that it is my facebook and an old ex phone number. UID: 567455725 It's the same account with a different name when I stopped playing, I hope someone from support can really help me, since the form really only rejected my request.

Please contact the customer service for further assistance with lost or stolen accounts. You may submit an account recovery request through in-game at the login page of the game by selecting Help > Login Issue > Account Recovery > Submit Claim. Please note that your ticket will be declined if you are unable to accurately provide all the information that the in-game customer service have requested from you, or that it does not match with what they have. You will have to cross-check again, or else they will not be able to assist you any further....

Please note that you will need to submit the support requests through the official support subreddit for now.
