I am eager to have it reinstated as soon as possible, as I have been unfairly penalized due to a mistake in your system. I ask that you review the situation again and reconsider your decision. Why should I be held responsible for an error in the system that has mistakenly banned my account? I have spent considerable money on my account, and losing it is a significant personal loss. Solution:

Accounts are suspended for violating PUBG MOBILE's terms of service, whether it was done by the owner or someone else that has compromised your account. Your only option is to use the File Claim option if you wish to appeal for your account suspension.
