Cannot access Workers for account as a Domain Admin
I've been added as a member of a CF account (eef5fb575a01046c51ecab169daff2e2) and cannot add a Worker for this account! I'm arriving at https://dash.cloudflare.com/eef5fb575a01046c51ecab169daff2e2/workers-and-pages/create ( Top right "+ Add" button > Workers) and getting a 403 forbidden at the moment.

if youre only a domain admin then yeah thats expeccted, you need account-level Workers Admin permission to do that
But it says in the documentation that I should be able to create Workers for that domain, did I miss where to do that?
Can a member have both a domain scoped role AND an account level role?
If the team sets it up like this, will it still limit the access to a single domain?
