can someone help me out cant log in error 211??

Dear Community, cant log in to My Account error 211 Account is Not Banned , i was playing parkour After My Game is crashed and this error code i See every time in i try log in… And nickname is automaticly changed too User ( and some Numbers) See at Screen… Before Crash My nickname was VAXYE¹ After Crash User…… Thx a lot if someone can help me out.
