No Template Kickbacks on Team
Hello! We had deployed a template and plan on doing more to offset some cost for us, but I've found that the template appears to not be generating any kickbacks, even with usage. I looked at our invoices and they don't appear to be applying any credit. Did I misunderstand something here or is there a bug?
Thank you!

Here is this as well:
I don't believe the bot updated my role to include my team, but I can provide the ID if necessary.
link to template please?
https://railway.app/template/GFqNIL
I did originally make it on my personal account and that does get a few bucks in kickbacks because a couple of people had deployed it off of that template and still operate it
wdym originally, did someone move it to a team account for you?
I mean when I was first developing the template, with my point being that I do get kickbacks working on my personal hobby account
I don't think it was moved, I'm pretty sure I just re-created it in the team and then unpublished the one sitting on my personal hobby account
that template you linked does not have any active deploys
Solution
it has been deployed, but there are no currently active deploys
Is this something different?
it would be wrong
Sounds like this turned into a bug report, then π
we already know those numbers arent accurate
so ive bumped the internal ticket
Ahh okay. Are you able to see if that template has generated any kickback? If not, no problem, I'll just keep an eye on it in the future
these numbers are not wrong
Gotcha, so probably it was spun up, looked at, and then taken down. Makes sense, thanks for the info, I appreciate it!
and it was spun up by trial users, so even if they kept them active, that wouldn't have generated kickack anyway
Ahhh okay, I'm tracking with you now. Thank you!
Time to make some more :PU_PepeHandRub:
hell yeah, more templates!
please do not close threads π
Me? I didn't close anything
Maybe Answer Overflow does by default? We don't use the mark solution function as much as we should though, so I don't know for a fact
nope answer overflow doesn't close threads
Weird, I've been stuffing a whole sandwich into my face π€£
