sorry for late reply here
so I'm playing on Singapore server, not sure why the ping was unaffected but the packet loss seemed increased as the game round progresses.
Maxis is the internet provider btw

i usually get around 60 to 70 fps steadily with this laptop (optimized). But for some reason whenever im playing on haven map, huge fps loss whenever im walking through some part of the areas like attacker spawn
then it gets worse from that point on, fps drops further as the game progress
not too sure whats wrong with the packet loss, surely it has nothing to do with my current hardware right?
