Hacked Account Recovery
Hi PUBG,
Recently (about 4-5 months ago), my friend's account got hacked because his phone number was given to the hacker via the company, as he said. I tried to recover his account since he was my partner and best friend, but I failed because I don't know much about when he started playing, how much UC he had, etc. However, I have some evidence that he was my partner, including matches and maybe, just maybe, his voice while playing with me between 2021 and 2024. I can also get him to talk if needed.
After the account got hacked, I lost my 15-17k hearts, BFF, and partner status with him. It felt like a slap in the face and a waste of time and money. The "hacker" has also said bad things to my friend and me, but unfortunately, I was too slow to screenshot the messages he sent. He deleted them after I asked when he was going to give my friend his account back.
Besides these issues, the "hacker" also kicked people from my friend's clan, unranked and ranked members alike. He changed the clan's name to something inappropriate multiple times, blocked me, and kicked me. Due to this, my friend took some time off PUBG, but he just started playing again this week using a new account.
I'd Really Appreciate If A Mod / Someone Can Help! - Mohammed.

Please inform him to submit an account recovery claim from the login interface by selecting Help > Login Issue > Account Recovery > Submit Claim.
Please remember that the owner of the account must submit the claim himself, not you or anyone else....

↑ Here is proof that he blocked me and his clan name, and also my new partner is my friends new account. And the 2nd video was recorded on my second account. "Jstu" Because the "hacker" Didn't Block That One.

I know that he must do it but bro just gave up on the first week
He literally said that the recovery thing won't work
Me and another person did the recovery thing but due to him not really giving me much information it failed
And also he doesn't really know how to submit one
