How to find crash reports and logs
It is recommended to upload your logs to https://mclo.gs then paste the link into Discord to automatically censor potentially sensitive information and help us diagnose issues more efficiently. However, you may also drag and drop the file directly into Discord.
Logs can be found in the logs folder inside your .minecraft directory. We are probably interested in the one named latest.log.
Crash reports can be found in the crash-reports folder inside your .minecraft directory. We are probably interested in the most recently created one.

so do you want logs or crash reports
there you go
@true chalky sorry for the bother but you're the only staff member who's on
you think you can help me?
I would argue that it's a hardware limitation
although I would make sure to run 1.21.1 and the latest complementary version, although I doubt that will fix it
hmmm
I highly doubt there's much support for graphics cards as old as any of the ATi FirePro models released
with the V5800 going back to 2010 and severely underpowered by today's standards even on the low end
so your point is that it's a pc problem
There's a good chance, yes
well this sucks
I can't say for sure but it is pretty likely that the hardware used is simply too old to function with what's being thrown at it
i mean the old pc i had was able to handle shaders with 30-60fps
so you might be onto something
