Hello, @𝐈𝐦𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐚𝐥 . There is no KRAFTON customer support for PUBG MOBILE. The [email protected] is the official customer service email address. However, the email you sent in the screenshot looks to be spoofed & not legit. Please block and do not share any personal information with the user.

Left one on email seems legit.
But if you bought an account, there's nothing they can help you with.
No, it's my personal account. It was blocked when I was standing in the lobby with my friends.
