frame drops when moving mouse (only in val)?
i already did the solution of changing my mouse's polling rate and reinstalling my drivers, but those dont do anything. although sometimes, the problem does go away, but i have no idea how.

EI've already done that too, doesn't do anything
ETurning it off just makes it worse
