My account was hacked
Good afternoon,
My account was hacked. I haven't accessed it for months. Today I went to log in and came across a screen asking for a verification code that I have no idea what it is. My account has been linked to my personal Facebook profile since 2017. I'm from Brazil and my account was accessed from Turkey. My main email has all the logins made outside of Brazil. If you could contact me to try to resolve the issue, I would be very grateful.

Please contact the customer service for further assistance with lost or stolen accounts.
You may submit an account recovery request through in-game at the login page of the game by selecting Help > Login Issue > Account Recovery > Submit Claim.
Please note that your ticket will be declined if you are unable to accurately provide all the information that the in-game customer service have requested from you, or that it does not match with what they have. You will have to cross-check again, or else they will not be able to assist you any further....
