Dimensional Depot Downloader and Unlimited Dimension Depot are conflicting
Any time I have items that are being uploaded and downloaded at the same time there seems to be issues where when the items in the Depot reach their vanila level, they start getting deleted one stack at a time. Ex. I have steel beams being constructed at about 60/min and a factory that uses them at about 30/min. While watching the depot, I can see the totals for steel beams reach 1200 and then delete themselves 200 at a time and down to about 400 and then build back up again. I've checked for updates and I will be going through and deleting and re-building the depots now that a few updates have occurred. Is anyone else having this issue?

Here is a vid of the error, this is after I deleted and re-made the uploaders.
It now looks like its a visual glitch. After checking my factories I am making steel beams at 45/min and the rate of increase in that vid does not reflect that, its much faster in the vid. After deleting the downloaders and watching the depot, the rate of increase matches, but when adding a downloader the rate of increase is accelerated. It looked like the deleting of stacks is just the game catching up with what the true value should be. Right before it starts deleting stacks it will always reach a higher number and when its done deleting stacks it will end at a higher value than the previous time.
@Andre Aquila <Aquila Industrial> Not to be annoying, just for visibility.
at a guess the FILO sorting of inventories is causing a race condition where an entire stack is being invalidated due to the in and out touching the same stakc at the same time
Here is another vid of the change in the rate of increase when assigning a download.
I've also noticed that when deleting downloaders I end up with nearly 3 stacks of the item I was downloading.
stacks are taken out of the dimensional depot, they are not generated out of thin air.
Thanks for reporting it NorwegiaMan, that is helpful.
Im looking at it here, the way it works now, the downloader should get 3 stacks, and if you dont use it immediately, it will try to reupload the unused materials for making it available again.
To be honest, i dont know if this is very good solution, and maybe i should make it more stable. Like downloading and keep it in the downloader. Because that way, if you have like 30 downloaders, it will make the rate go to a extremely fast speed. Bringing the items and sending the items back.
Do you think this is what is happening?
It sounds like a spot on diagnosis. It explains why I get stacks back when I delete the downloaders and why the upload is increased when more downloaders are placed. I've been continuing with the mods and it certainly looks like this is exactly what is happening.
