Move exceeds maximum extrusion (at primeblob)
I get above error (4 times) while doing a primeblob. Printer (slicer and RatOS) is set for 0.6mm (CHT). I know how to correct this (add max_extrude_cross_section: 5 in [extruder]) but I was curious why this happens. If RatOS is Nozzle Aware...

You likely have a
nozzle_diameter: 0.4 manual override in your printer.cfg
remove that and it should workregrettably, No. No such thing in printer.cfg

so this has the max_extrude_cross_section = 5 in all the logged runs and the error isn't present at all. I'm gonna need a debug zip generated after the problem is reproduced.

I'm not sure what's going on, other people don't seem to have this issue with 0.6mm nozzles and 2.7mm^2 does seem wrong.

The error occurs just after the blob forming and just before de move towards the rear of the bed. So it blobs while moving up with the fan on and then stops moving and throws the error... For what it's worth.
I assume it is somehwere here where it kicks in (as these are also 4 commands)? This is from the prime_blob macro.
That’s really odd, not a lot of extrusion is happening there.
I went through all the custom .cfg I have added and so no other ref to nozzle sizes... could any speed settings cause this?
No the amount extruded is somehow wrong, could be relative vs absolute extrusion shenanigans

alternativly you can disable this sanity check
by setting it to a higher value

Yeah there's a bug somewhere that needs fixed. The primeblob doesn't scale the blob correctly for bigger nozzle diameters either, so that whole thing needs some love.
