Error with pnpm run build and Issues Modifying 'node_modules' File

Guys, can someone please help me solve this? Every time I try to run pnpm run build, I get this error, but the file causing the error is part of the 'node_modules' folder. Whenever I try to make any changes to it, I get another error.
