Email Unlinked and Hacked
My account was hacked and some random email was put on there. I have not played in 2 years and only noticed in February and I want my account back, but the customer service here is not that great, so who can I actually contact in the company to get this fixed???

Please contact the customer service for further assistance with lost or stolen accounts.
You may submit an account recovery request through in-game at the login page of the game by selecting Help > Login Issue > Account Recovery > Submit Claim.
Please note that your ticket will be declined if you are unable to accurately provide all the information that the in-game customer service have requested from you, or that it does not match with what they have. You will have to cross-check again, or else they will not be able to assist you any further....

Account was stolen and taken from me by email link.
I'm able to login through Google play as I made it on that account/google play originally so original ownership is mine as seen from the top email and google play. I have made purchases on this account, connected this to pubg new state alpha test as well since I have the cosmetic outfit for it. I have sent in a files claim, but was denied for whatever reason. I suppose because I haven't touched the game in the past 6 months, therefore its not mine?
That said I want my account to be recovered and reset so I can quickly change it back to my email and add more securities so it can be protected.
If UID or anything is needed from a moderator, lmk. I have all the evidence, proof, and whatever is needed to get my account back from this person.
