Getting 504, 503 errors right now

Hi, we're getting a lot of 504, 503 errors right now when trying to register new users for webpush and when trying to send notifications.

We checked novustatus.com and it seems to be operational, there are no issues on our system so we're scratching our heads right now wondering what's failing, could you help me out?
