Cloudflare IP Address Blocked
Hi there, UK-based. A Cloudflare IP address (104.21.93.163) has been blacklisted by "UCEPROTECTL2", causing a couple of our websites to be completely blocked by BT. What can we do?

contact BT and tell them that blocking shared CDN IPs is a bad idea - https://blog.cloudflare.com/consequences-of-ip-blocking/

A discussion about IP blocking: why we see it, what it is, what it does, who it affects, and why it’s such a problematic way to address content online.
or maybe contact UCEPROTECT if thats more likely to get results
theres nothing Cloudflare can do, if they rotate out the IP it will be seen as avoiding censorship actions and theyll be in even worse trouble, especially if that action ends up allowing access to a site using the IP that was blocked for a good reason.
companies/governments shouldnt be blocking IPs like this because its silly (see the blog post for why), so when they do so its their own fault for making bad choices, which unfortunately users suffer from but the only one who can fix it is the company/government making the bad choice
