2 pc setup, audio passthrough questions linux/windows

Howdy Y'all.   I've have a question for you guys. I'm setting up two computers, one is windows 10 and the other is manjaro linux (gnome). The windows 10 rig is the main gaming rig. I'd like to connect the microphone to the linux rig so that I can handle voip with my other computer, among other things. Can you guys help me with 2 options: I'd like to be able to pass audio output straight from the windows 10 pc to the linux rig with minimal latency, and I'd also like to be able to do the same in reverse, passing the audio output from the linux pc to the windows pc (not mic in). This way I can use headphones to hear the audio output from both computers, with the microphone being on the linux computer. Please let me know if you have any good options for me that don't kill my performance!
