Domains not listed in the transfer domain page

I am trying to transfer a domain to Cloudflare. I unlocked the domain and did all the required steps (had Cloudflare name servers and added the domain to my Cloudflare account), however, I can't see the domain name in the Cloudflare transfer domain page. It says: You currently have no domains available for transfer. Please find attached image.
