Hey. My friends usually have 30-40ms ping, but most of the time I have 70-80ms. Are there any problems with my connection or is it normal?

hmm, its only on valorant.. could it be related to ISP or smth?
Maybe your friend uses lan and you don't, or maybe it's a difference in the dns server. If you want the best dns server for you, you should use dns benchmark. But usually cloudflares dns server is good enough (1.1.1.1 main 1.0.0.1 alternate)

you could just be farther away from the server
its 100km diff between me and one friend and its a 30ms diff
and from her to another friend its a 200km diff and only 10ms

yeah found something, your traffic is being send over to Milano, from here it goes to Frankfurt servers, then where it goes back to Milano and then makes a longer route via Sofia Bulgaria, instead of just going back the same path. Ill check what we can do. might need to chat with Vodafone about this.

yeah not good, unfortunately Vodafone do not have any presence in central europe. ill ask them if we can work on this together to find the best solution. for now on hold your fire my friend
