Getting banned.
im getting banned everytime i log on any account, it says account is locked.

i formatted my pc i still get the same issue
my main acc got banned bc of this

Submit a ticket with Riot Support via the link I provided.
i submitted ticket like 5 times only bot messages me then no one answers
Creating multiple tickets prolongs any progress made on the situation. In the email(s) sent by Riot there is a link which you can communicate back and forth without having to submit new tickets.
Remain patient and allow time for Riot Support.

It seems as you were permanently banned due to 3rd party tools. If you’ve been truly trying for 3 months to have the account unbanned, then it would be fair to assume that isn’t going to happen.
Of course I could be wrong. Feel free to continue the dialogue with Riot support.

They don't do ip bans like that
