Abnormal game client behaviour Unstable connection and other reason
I I've been playing the game on one account since 2019. Spent a lot of time acquiring items and achievements, spented alots of money at least twelve thousand dollars $ to support the game. No vpn, no hacks, playing with just Four thumbs.
Yesterday on 2 October 2024, I've got Ten year ban "abnormalities in your client, check your Internet connection". I've been using the same connection since I started playing the game. It coincidentally kept kicking me out of the game towards the end of the match and I couldn't log in for 5 min. Now I'm banned for 10 years for absolutely nothing.
You ban innocent players that support your game and play fairly while hackers reside peacefully on top of the leaderboards. I sent an email and got a generic automated reply, and here's the best part:

If you are not satisfied with the results after receiving a response, you may submit a support request through the official support subreddit with a description of the issue and your numeric user identification and wait patiently for a response.
