Easiest way of persisting function logs

what's the easiest way of persisting these logs? I'm using next but this prob applies to other frameworks as well

I'm here looking at ways to achieve this after being inspired by workers logs. Have you found a way yet?

i push logs to a separate service, found axiom to be cheap and easy to integrate
