Temperature issues V-Core 3

I'm having temperature issues that turn the printer off. During startup the nozzle temperature tends to turn the system off as it's exhibiting over +330 C. Has anyone encountered this?

What temperature did you set in the slicer? Is 330C correct?

Late to reply, no - the usual drill for petg. 220 - 250C

Have you run a pid_calibrate for the nozzle? wait, no. That temp is swinging wildly. With the thermal mass of the nozzle shouldn't be possible. Triple check your thermistor connections

I'm also leaning to a faulty thermistor or wiring. Tried to detect a short while operating - but seems to be swinging initially a lot.

It is a NTC or p1000/p100? An NTC to show high temp would have to decrease its resistance—this would suggest shorting or a faulty NTC. If it’s a p1000/p100 you’ve probably got a loosening connection
