SWhat installation are you launching? If it’s iris-fabric-loader (Iris & Sodium for X Minecraft version) it only has sodium and Iris. You need to launch Fabric or NeoForge to use other mods
SAlso make sure you have the in-dev version of Bliss from https://github.com/X0nk/Bliss-Shader/archive/refs/heads/main.zip @Calvin

Sand your mods folder is literally missing distant horizons
Sget DH from https://modrinth.com/mod/distanthorizons and put it in your mods folder like you would any other mod
