Accounts are suspended for violating PUBG MOBILE's terms of service. Please use the File Claim option when trying to log into your account if you want to appeal for your account suspension.

If you are not satisfied with the results after receiving a response, you may submit a support request through the official support subreddit with a description of the issue and your numeric user identification and wait patiently for a response.

I didn't change any data I live in Pakistan that's why I had to use VPN so I can use twitter as you know twitter is ban in Pakistan and I forgot to turn off vpn And I just logged in the game and the VPN was logged in. I didn't know that time the vpn was logged in, the game got logged in that time, but after some time when I tried to log in again, the game didn't log in and the notification of 10 years ban. I didn't do it on purpose, it happened by mistake.
Kindly guide me what can i do for unban my account
