account wrongly banned
my friend just installed pubgM for the first time and made an account,after playing one game of unranked br ,they wanted to try metro royale,but before being able to even get into their first match,they received a notice of their account being banned for 10 years,can i get some help with this?? There is clearly a mistake somewhere since they didn't even play a single match yet to receive this

Accounts are suspended for violating PUBG MOBILE's terms of service. Please use the File Claim option when trying to log into your account if you want to appeal for your account suspension.

If you are not satisfied with the results after receiving a response, you may submit a support request through the official support subreddit with a description of the issue and your numeric user identification and wait patiently for a response.
