I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my concern regarding a recent violation notice I received, which I firmly believe was issued in error. I have been an active player on this platform for over three years, during which I have adhered to all guidelines and policies.
I was informed that my account was flagged for using a third-party tool. However, I would like to clarify that I have not used any such tools that violate PUBG's terms of service. My usage includes applications such as Discord and Spotify running in the background, and on occasion, I use GeForce Experience to record gameplay. Other than these, I have not engaged with any external software that could be considered a third-party tool or cheat.
Given my long-term commitment to the game, including significant financial investments, I am confident that I have not violated any rules. If there is any specific evidence showing a violation from my side, I kindly request that you share it with me. It is crucial for me to understand exactly what triggered this action.
I trust this platform and have supported it for years, which is why I am reaching out in the hopes of receiving a clear and satisfactory resolution to this issue. I appreciate your attention to this matter and look forward to your response.

Accounts are suspended for violating PUBG MOBILE's terms of service, whether it was done by the owner or someone else that has compromised your account. Your only option is to use the File Claim option if you wish to appeal for your account suspension.
If you have any objections to claim results, please contact the customer service through in-game or by sending an e-mail to [email protected].
If your issue is not resolved after receiving a response, you may create a post with a description, your numeric user identification and a screenshot of the customer service conversation on the official support subreddit....

Accounts are suspended for violating PUBG MOBILE's terms of service, whether it was done by the owner or someone else that has compromised your account. Your only option is to use the File Claim option if you wish to appeal for your account suspension.

File Claim option isn't working I did once and just received a reply unsuccessful claim. After it I cannot file claim. And I emailed them last reply was 6 days ago. TOday I sent message again. I hope I will get proper reply
