my account is being stolen

I haven't played my 4-year-old account for a while and then someone connected to my account, connected my gmail and number, and now I can log in to the account because my Facebook account is connected, but they can log in and occupy my account, they even changed my username and when I write this to the Pubg support section, I am always rejected. There are also things to prove that this account belongs to me. For example, after logging into the account, there is my old name and the things I shared at important moments on the account. I also have a YouTube channel with the same name. There is also a video of my account there. Please help, do not leave these people to what they do. I already have a different name in the profile photo, but there is a different name in the profile, it is very obvious that it was stolen.

Please contact the customer service for further assistance with lost or stolen accounts. You may submit an account recovery request through in-game at the login page of the game by selecting Help > Login Issue > Account Recovery > Submit Claim. If your issue is not resolved after receiving a response, you may create a post through https://ptb.discord.com/channels/393088095840370689/1219166294105133086 with a description, your numeric user identification and a screenshot of the customer service conversation. Please note that you will need to submit the support requests through the official support subreddit for now....
