Loading screen issue

When I have the iris mod for neoforge 1.21.1 enabled, the loading screen doesn't disappear but I can press the minecraft's main menu buttons where they would be and hear the background music aswell
it just stays like that

Downgrade NeoForge to 21.1.61

I tried to start the game with only sodium and iris enabled, still the same problem
