Glasses
Hi guys, I want glasses that are:
- Saddle Bridge (no nose-pads)
- Rectangular
- Optimally, rimless
Please help 👉 👈 all the glasses that I can find are either with nose pads, oval, and wire frame

Some brand recs in these threads. The 2nd one is focused on sunglasses but a lot of those brands do regular glasses too.

Would clear / see through plastic frames meet your desire for rimless or no?

I’ve never seen rimless frames without nose pads, but maybe they exist! I’ve got these, but as you see: nose pads

Where'd you buy them from?
I got them from my optometrist, but you can find Silhouette frames at a lot of places, online stores included. You can even find frames used. If you know your bridge width and temple length, you can even find such frames used and get prescription lenses made to go with them.

Those were the first prescription glasses I got. I actually lost em for a while and eventually replaced them with some acetate sunglass frames with photochromic lenses. I get more compliments on those, even when worn indoors.
For that first pair, I wanted something that almost looked like I wasn’t wearing glasses. They’re great for that and super light, so you forget you have em on. Now I feel like my new frames are more stylish, and I wear those more. Both are nice in their own ways
