Hi , me and my friends have a problem to join ultimate royale , we even reinstalled windows but it wont let us to play , any ideas why?

Got same problem , don t know they won t give an official answer why is this happening

I have nothing opened , only gameloop
They are just giving the same answer to everyone regarding this problem
someone said to my post : DONT USE SAME LOGGING METHOD FOR BOTH DEVICES , i did long in to another method from my phone cuz on my iphone ultimate royale works , only when i log in to emulator is not working , so i try log in with another method on emulator and see if it works

Uncheck last 2 marks in gameloop settings : adb Debugging and Root Authority.
