Wool coat with polyester lining?
Building a budget friendly basic wardrobe for the fall/winter and I’ve found some coats using 100% wool for the shell and 100% polyester for the lining. Are these decent budget options or should I look for different materials ?

Poly lining isn't terrible. a lot of the upper end will do viscose or cupro lining, but if the price is right poly is chill
Thank you, the other coats I have looked at don’t differentiate between the lining and shell so I got intrigued by this one
a lot of good coats use poly lining because a lot of people find wool itchy + polyester makes it easier to slip on
I never wore my Billy Reid Bond Peacoat because it wasn't lined. ruined the jacket tbh
