we don’t just tell people emails, you can request a new password at the login page and see what email it lands in. or you can search you email for messages from robolab if you have any already

be sure to launch mechakeys as admin if its not working while playing games

you have to fully quit the application. then right click on the icon to bring up the context menu. then select "Run as administrator".
