Bahrain server start getting high ping and changed to Frankfurt

where are you from, do you play on bahrain or frankfurt?
Yemen and I play in Bahrain
My normal ping on Bahrain is 90-70 but it change to 110 now it's 183
open cmd, write tracert 99.83.199. 240 (remove gap between . and 240)

i also got the same poblem
i live in morroco
before my ping in madrid server was around 40
now it is 80
and sometimes my ping will get very high around 200 randomly
and the only server where my pin wiil be the lowest is bahrain with around 100
