Alerts only work once
Hello.
I am using it on PS4 and checking the effect on PC.
Thank you for the great feature.
However, I checked with the help of a listener, and the alert only works once after saving the settings.
There is no reaction after the second time.
Even if I delete the layer and set it anew, it still only works once.
What should I do?
I’m Japanese.Sorry my poor English.

"I checked with the help of a listener"
do you mean you had a viewer listen?
Yes.That’s right.
Are you currently live?
No, it's not live right now, but it will be live again in a few hours.
okay leave a message in here when you go live and post your channel link in #now-live so that we can debug this issue more.
Okay, thank you. I'll get back to you later.
Sorry for the wait. Now,Test broadcast is in progress.
Now,Only the channel point "ファーストキル(1番のり)”is active.
It was late at night where you live.
I'm sorry.
I'll contact you again tomorrow, Japan time, so please wait.
To protect against spam/abuse, we try to de-duplicate alerts, but perhaps it is too agressive. What is your Twitch username and what alert was supposed to happen multiple times?
her channel is in #now-live from last night
sorry about last night it was almost 6am where i am when you sent the message you was live

@アンガスカルビ, we just deployed a fix and all channel point redemption alerts should be coming through now. Can you confirm that it’s working for you?
Thank you so much for all your help.
I'm at work right now so I'll check when I get home.
No worries. Keep us updated 🙏
I streamed last night and tried using the function.
The sound and animation worked fine.
However, the viewer told me that it could see the animation but couldn't hear the sound.
It was the same even if I unmuted the viewer.
Is there any setting I need to do?
Twitch policy is that extensions start muted so each viewer has to unmute the extension themselves
I've asked viewers to unmute themselves, but they still can't hear the alert.
I'll check again tonight, and if that doesn't work, let me discuss this again.
Thank you.
Sound alerts are working on my test stream
